We are so excited that Summer Camp registration is now LIVE! We can’t wait for an incredible year and for all that Jesus will do in the lives of our students at Summer Camp this year. Camps this year will be held at Lake Retreat Camp in Ravensdale, WA - the camp is situated on a quiet lake and has tons of water activities, and other fun games and activities around the camp.

Here’s some more specific information for each camp! Registration Process:

Registering for camp is a multi-step process, and registrations are only complete once all steps have been completed. Here are the 3 steps to register for camp:

Pay for camp at your camp specific link.
Register for camp through Brushfire.
Sign all electronic waiver forms.
Complete the Lake Retreat Activity Waiver, and the 2025 Grove Medical Release Form.

Middle School Camp:
Date: Monday, June 29th - Friday, July 3rd
Early Pricing: Early Registration $355 by May 18th
Standard Pricing/Registration Cutoff: $430 by June 18th

High School Camp:
Date: Tuesday, July 21st - Saturday, July 25th
Early Pricing: Early Registration $355 by June 16th
Standard Pricing/Registration Cutoff: $430 by July 10th

All payments are due immediately upon registration unless you have made prior arrangements with the Youth Department. Registrations are incomplete unless payment is submitted.

Refund Policy:

To honor our budget and the camp facility, we have full refunds available until the early registration deadline. A refund of 75% is available a month before camp, a refund of 50% is available 3 weeks prior to camp, and a 25% refund a week prior to camp. Cancellations are non-refundable the week of camp.

Camp Scholarships:

We understand that camp is expensive, and we want to do whatever we can to keep camp affordable and offset the cost for families experiencing financial hardship. We accomplish this through two different avenues - sibling discounts for families with multiple children attending youth camp, and the camp scholarship program.

For sibling discounts, please select one early/standard registration ticket for the first child, then one sibling discount for all subsequent children registered. The discount only applies to siblings who live in one household.
