Winter Camp 2026 is coming up, and if you have a student in 7th-12th grade, they won't want to miss this incredible weekend! We'll play some exciting games, spend time on the tubing hill, go ice skating (weather dependent), worship Jesus and be challenged and encouraged by our camp speaker: Pastor Nate Birdine from Life Center Church in Tacoma!

The theme for camp this year is "Made for More". Ephesians 2:10 says "For we are God's handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do." This weekend will center around our identity as God's handiwork, and inspire everyone for the good works God is calling them to!

When is Winter Camp?
- Friday, January 23rd - Sunday, January 25th.

Where is Winter Camp located?
- Winter Camp will be held at The Lazy F Camp & Retreat Center in Ellensburg, WA.

How much does Winter Camp cost?
Please note the following registration deadlines for Winter Camp:
- Early Registration - Christmas Special - $235 until December 28th
- Standard Registration - $250 until January 11th
- Late Registration - $275 until January 18th

Will scholarships, sibling discounts and fundraising be available?
- Scholarships are available on a limited, need-based basis. All students who apply for a scholarship will need to partake in fundraising to help us spread our scholarships as far as possible. If you would like to apply for a scholarship, please email Pastor Jesse at jdinius@grove.church
- Sibling discounts for camp are available for multi-child families. The first child is full price, and subsequent kids are $75 off.

What is the plan for transportation?
- For camp, we have rented a large school bus that is outfitted with snow-chains should they be needed.

What other paperwork needs to be filled out?
- 2026 Medical Release Waiver
- 2026 Camp Medication Form if applicable.

Both forms will be sent to you upon registering for camp.

What does my child need to bring to camp?
- We will send you a comprehensive packing list upon registration for Winter Camp.
